James Dulebohn leads the Greenville–Spartanburg operation with extensive experience in aerospace, nuclear power, and large-scale business transformation. Before joining Real Clean, he held senior management roles with Boeing, overseeing M&A, MRO, and joint manufacturing programs across the U.S., Middle East and India. He later founded Scala Resource Group, a consulting firm focused on M&A integration and operational excellence.

James brings that same discipline and performance mindset to aviation services—supporting aircraft owners, FBOs, fractional programs, MROs, brokers and charter operators throughout the region.
