Leading the operation, Kunal Nadkarni is an immigrant global commercial and operations executive with nearly 25 years of experience building and scaling businesses across four continents within the specialty chemicals and industrial sectors. He brings deep expertise in P&L leadership, commercial strategy, and operational execution, and is known for his people-first, servant leadership style that bridges strategic vision with disciplined execution. Most recently, Kunal served as Vice President at a Berkshire Hathaway company.

Beyond his corporate leadership, Kunal serves on the boards of Pratham USA and SOS Children’s Villages and supports organizations including Magic Bus, Daya, and CRY. Alongside his wife, Ritu, he was recognized as a Top Power Couple by the City of Houston and the U.S. Congress.
