He began his career managing retail businesses, gaining deep experience in customer service, logistics, and operations. He later founded and scaled companies that provided national support in facilities maintenance, sanitation, and asset preservation. A recognized innovator, he developed a patented thermal sanitization system for mattresses—capable of heating from the inside out at 230°F—which led to advancements in recycling and remanufacturing processes for institutional and nonprofit clients.

As a licensed commercial pool contractor, he also engineered safety-focused technology that eliminated suction hazards while significantly reducing energy consumption. In addition to his commercial ventures, David is also an investor and strategic leader in a network of substance abuse recovery centers, supporting access to essential care and long-term wellness resources for underserved communities.
