- Communication: All Franchisees attending have been added to the RealClean 2025 National Convention & NBAA Team in Microsoft Teams.
- Access: Ensure you have the Microsoft Teams app downloaded on your phone and are logged in with your RealClean email account.
- Channels: There are two channels in the Team — one for communication and one for posting videos and images.
- Participation: Please take and post videos throughout the week so we can share them on social media.

Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation in the Event, whether known or unknown. You acknowledge that these risks may include, but are not limited to, physical injury, illness, property damage, or loss. You agree to release and hold harmless RealClean Franchisor, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from all claims, actions, or damages arising out of your attendance and participation, regardless of whether such claims are caused by negligence. This includes travel to and from the Event and any related activities.
Walking Directions from Vdara to Aria Lower-Level Tour Bus Lobby
(Estimated 15 minutes) To walk from the ARIA hotel to the lower-level tour bus lobby, go to the Main Valet entrance and take the escalator or elevator down. The tour bus lobby is located below the casino level. It can be tricky to find the first time—plan for 15–20 minutes the first time from Vdara to Aria, then faster once you know the route.
*You may also use the tram connected to Vdara/Bellagio and take it to the last stop at Aria (estimated 10–15 minutes).
Walking Directions from Aria to Aria Lower-Level Tour Bus Lobby
From the ARIA hotel casino floor, find the Main Valet entrance (the large, primary entrance on the south side of the property, not the smaller North Valet). You can ask any staff member for directions to Main Valet or Self Park. Look for the POSH Burger and veer left out the glass doors, following signs for the Bus Tour Lobby.
Once you reach the Main Valet sign on the wall (past Posh Burger), head out the glass exit doors and stay left of the escalators. The bus lobby access is located between the taxi departure area and the main valet pickup area, across from the Crystals shops. Look for signs that say Bus Tour Lobby near the escalators and elevators down to the lower level.
