Leading the RealClean Southern Illinois team are Jodi Lang and Bill Federhofer Jr.

Jodi Lang brings more than 35 years of leadership experience in the staffing industry, supporting businesses across manufacturing, call centers, education, marketing, office administration, and STEM. She began her career as an in-house temporary employee and retired as a vice president overseeing a major market for a global staffing firm. A St. Louis-area native, Jodi has been married to her husband, John, for 28 years. They share five rescue dogs and enjoy traveling and spending time near the water. In her free time, Jodi enjoys shopping, thrifting, and spending time with friends and family.

Bill Federhofer Jr. is an entrepreneur and business owner with extensive experience in operations, strategic planning, financial management, and team leadership. Known for his hands-on approach, Bill is passionate about developing innovative solutions, improving operational efficiency, and building strong, results-driven organizations positioned for sustainable growth. Outside of work, he is an avid golfer and proud father of two daughters, Kallie and Maggie, who both work with children in special education.
